Randy Spencer

Randy joined the PCHAS staff in 2008 as Vice President of Residential Programs. In 2018, he became the agency’s Vice President of Organizational Impact. Randy has been a social service executive for 36 years and prior to joining PCHAS, served as executive director of Cumberland Presbyterian Children’s Homes. Prior to that, he has held executive and program leadership positions with various child- and family-centered residential care organizations. 

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in social work from Baylor University and a Master of Science in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking and hanging out with family and friends.
