Crystal Kirby

Crystal joined the PCHAS staff in 2022 and supervises the finance and administration departments. Crystal has been a finance professional for over 20 years, and prior to serving PCHAS, she was the vice president of finance for a privately owned waste management company in Houston. Crystal also served as an elected official on the board of directors of a municipal utility district for eight years.

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Our Lady of the Lake University. In her spare time, she volunteers in her local community, enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
