Laura Fleming

Laura Fleming joined the PCHAS staff in 2020 in our Houston office as a Development Officer and in 2022 moved into the Director of Development role. She provides leadership and strategic oversight for the Development Department, including the Development Officers team, Marketing and Communications, Foundation Grants and Government Contracts, and Volunteer Services. Laura brings more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience to her role. Prior to PCHAS, she served as Development Director for Meals on Wheels. She holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Johns Hopkins University. Her passion for community impact began at a young age through church service. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and volunteering for her local animal shelter.
