Christmas at PCHAS’ Foster Care Village is in full swing. It looks a little different from previous years, due to COVID-19, but that hasn’t stopped PCHAS staff from giving their all to create the best Christmas experience for the kids. The campus was decorated by foster families, case managers, Village Life Coordinator Phyllis Carlson, Program Director Charlene Jackson, Office Manager Judy Offutt and Learning Center Coordinator Linda Caldwell.
The Foster Care Village is a community that offers the space and support foster families need to thrive. Families find connection at The Village and kids excel in a neighborhood where they are known and loved.
