Children who are available for Voluntary Adoption are placed by their birth parents who make an adoption plan. This program is the best fit for a family who is seeking to adopt an infant.

Foster To Adopt Thumbnail

When a child first enters foster care through Texas Department of Family Protective Services (TDFPS), the first plan is always reunification with their parents. Unfortunately, there are times when this plan changes and TDFPS seeks another family to become the child’s parent. This is where you come in. We license the homes of foster parents for both foster care and adoption so that you may have the option to become a forever family to a child who needs you.

Our Kinship Care program aids a child’s relatives through the process of becoming licensed care providers. Sometimes, kinship families are able to adopt the children that come into their care.
