The Counseling Center at PCHAS is located at 300 Brookside Road, Waxahachie, TX 75167. You may reach us by phone at (469) 758-5955.

At the northwest corner of Brookside Road and IH35E, follow the white fence to Reynolds Circle. Park in the large lot outside of the PCHAS Administration Building and enter through the green door on the right, near the fountain. See the purple signs for assistance.
