Valentine's Day Artwork

This artwork, drawn by Andy, a young adult member of PCHAS' Transitional Living Program, was featured on our Valentine's Day card this year. Andy has been in foster care for most of his teen life, bouncing from home to home. After aging out of the foster care system, Andy needed a safe place to live as he struggled with the challenges of becoming an independent adult.

Where he once knew only unreliability and inconsistency, Andy now benefits from the consistent love and care of his PCHAS family. Where the future once looked dim, it's now bright. After he completes high school, Andy plans to attend technical school to become an underwater welder.
