PCHAS Programs Support Children in Foster Care

PCHAS works hard to give foster children the love, support, safety and stability they need. Whether this means placing them with the right foster family or in a more structured environment, making sure they are up to date on their medical visits, making good grades in school or helping them plan for the future as they transition into adults, we are there every step of the way.

Our expert staff screen, train, and support caring families who give children in foster care a stable and loving home through our Foster Care program.

Our foster care case management experts place children in loving foster homes and supervise their continued care through to permanency through our Foster Care Case Management program.

Medical case managers ensure that children in foster care receive medical, dental, vision and hearing screening, as well as required immunizations through our Medical Case Management program.

Education Icon

Professional educators prepare children in our group homes for graduation and higher education, and remain available for guidance and support through our Education program.

Our Group Home program serves children ages 5-18 who have experienced some type of trauma, such as neglect, abandonment, abuse, divorce or a death in the family.

Our Residential Treatment program serves boys and girls who need a more structured, supervised environment as they heal from severe trauma.

16-24 year old young adults receive customized support as they grow into independent adults with sustainable plans for the future through our Transitional Living program.
