Cindy Lively

Cindy joined the PCHAS staff in 1984 as a direct care worker.  Throughout the years she has served in many capacities including Director of Cottage Life, Recreation Director, Case Manager, Therapist, Executive Director, Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Risk Management. She has worked in the field for 38 years.  

She has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Truman University in Kirksville, Missouri and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University in Webster Groves Missouri.  In her spare time, Cindy enjoys winter sports and activities, reading endlessly about the Civil War and spending time with her family.
