School social workers, counselors and teachers can refer high-school students who are experiencing housing instability to this program. Participants receive individualized case management and therapeutic services to assist them in completing their education successfully. Short-term transitional housing may be available to provide structure and nurturing until housing stability is possible.
An after-school program provides a safe haven for participants. The program is free to any at-risk student attending local school districts within the areas served.
You can make a difference in a child’s life by helping to fund the programs that bring them safety, love and healing.
