Kelly enjoys working with adults and adolescents.  She believes change is possible and never out of reach because every person has the potential to experience dramatic growth, healing, and joy internally and through relationships. By focusing on your strengths and preferences, she can help you find empowering ways to manage and solve most of life's problems with a hopeful attitude, knowing you are supported, challenged, and nurtured in a non-judgmental atmosphere.  Kelly can work with you to enhance your self-awareness, process painful life experiences, and resolve internal and interpersonal conflicts. 

She is experienced in helping people who have chemical dependency, codependency, depression, anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues, trauma, anger, fear, and/or relationship issues.  She will join you on your healing journey with curiosity and openness, integrating her training in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Play Therapy, as appropriate. Kelly also offers Christian counseling from a Biblically-based and prayer-centered perspective if you wish to incorporate Christian faith with your counseling experience.
