Our Program: Fort Worth

The Fort Worth Child & Family Program, based at St. Stephen Presbyterian Church, was established in 2001. This program helps stabilize families that are facing a crisis such as death, divorce, illness, violence, homelessness or alcohol/drug abuse.

Child & Family Specialist Becky Evans works with families to address their physical, emotional, social, educational, spiritual and financial concerns. Services are provided at no cost to families in need, removing the barriers that can prevent them from receiving the help they need.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern, Becky is able to provide in-home or on-site counseling for clients who do not have transportation to get to a counselor’s office on a regular basis. Parenting classes, intensive case management and crisis intervention are just a few of the many services this program offers to help children and families in need.
